This restaurant won't sell it if the ingredients aren't good. He recommended Daegu Malgeuntang, saying that Daegu has good water, and it was really delicious. Last time, I ate Gigijjim and it was so delicious that I tried to eat it again, but they told me not to eat it, saying the ingredients were a bit bad.
