A kalguksu restaurant that owner Jan-eun just started. The flavor of the seasoning is strong and makes me feel uncomfortable. I think it would be better if you pay more attention to the soup and focus on making geotjeori by learning it from a place that is good at making geotjeori instead of buying kimchi.
