Reservation is required so please make the call. We got lucky because even without a reservation, they accepted our party of 5 to dine in because there was only one reservation for the night and they prepared extra. However, not everyone can get lucky. I have been to Tongyeong a couple of times before and I always look forward to eating at a "dajji" restaurant. A dajji does not have a menu and everything served is "chef's choice", mostly seafood since this is a coastal town. Here at Baraem, we paid 20,000pp and we got treated to sumptuous variety of local, traditional food. The meal was almost like an AYCE. We started with over 20 different kinds of side dishes. We then had baked cheesy mussels, sashimi of different kinds of fish, soup, noodles, crabs, clam, fig, bossam and so much more. At a dajji, soju drinking is a must and it goes well with all the food. We left with happy tummies and I highly recommend you get a reservation here if you are in Tongyeong. Price per person: ₩20,000–30,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
