The staff who attended to us was able to speak English and recommended the carrot cake cuz the hallabong layer cake was not available. It has a good mix of crunch and sweetness. The hot lemon tea and yuju tea were nicely concentrated so you get the full sweetness of each fruit. Just a 15 minute drive from Jeju International Airport with lots of free parking along Seohaean-ro. The sea view is fantastic if you sit by the window, you can see Eoyeong Park from this 2nd floor café. There's nice Korean ballad music in the background which adds a calming effect while chilling here. If you want to take panorama shots of the sea and Eoyeong Park, you can go up to the 3rd level roof top.
