I stopped by Café Weiden and it turned out to be such a pleasant surprise. The space is bright and airy, with sunlight streaming through the windows, and the clean yet warm interior makes you want to linger a little longer. Dencloud Latte This is their signature, and I can see why. A generous swirl of soft-serve ice cream sits on top of the latte, slowly melting into the espresso. It’s creamy, slightly sweet, and perfectly balanced with the coffee’s bitterness like having dessert and caffeine in one glass. Guatemala S.P. Limon Pacamara For something lighter and more refined, I tried the Guatemala Pacamara. It had a honey-like brightness with subtle notes of nuts, caramel, and dried fruit. Smooth, layered, and refreshing an elegant contrast to the indulgent Dencloud Latte. Salt Bread & Myeongran (Pollack Roe) Salt Bread The plain salt bread was chewy, buttery, and satisfying on its own. The myeongran version was even more special—the briny pop of pollack roe paired so well with the soft, savory dough. It’s a bold twist that really worked. Jambon Beurre & Bagel The jambon beurre was classic and comforting: crusty bread, ham, and butter in perfect harmony. Simple but full of flavor. The bagel was chewy and hearty—great with a sip of coffee, even without toppings. Overall Everything here felt thoughtful, from the drinks to the breads. The quality was high, the flavors balanced, and the atmosphere made the whole experience even better.
