I love the layout - very simple and modern style shop paired with good music and a bookstore (after a little while) in the adjacent room. The owners are nice and ambitious- cannot believe they were open on Christmas! Their filter coffee was enjoyable - missing some fruity notes because either beans are old (not sure who roasts this week) or some tweaks to water/grind size as one came out underextracted (muted flavors), one came out just right (pear Ethiopian), and one came out overextracted. One other thing is that I hope they play around with roasters and funky beans - beans shared a similar profile with the other filter coffee shop in Mokpo. If in Mokpo/nearby, it’s worth a visit! Price per person: ₩1–10,000 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
