ソウル一人旅で立ち寄りました。 平日の開店直後のためウェイティングはなし。 百年参鶏湯は鶏肉がホロホロで、ナツメやアワビ、高麗人参など入っていてとても美味しかったです。 ただ、「もち米入れ忘れたんか？」と思うくらいもち米が少なかったです。隣の人のをチラッと見たら普通に入ってたので個体差…？ 店内は広々していて明るいし、料理の提供も早いです。 入り口のニワトリのオブジェも可愛い。. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₩30,000–40,000

餐點味道偏淡。主要是嘴巴擦完東西已經收一半，包包還沒拿店員急著要收，看起來也沒人在等，不知道在急什麼。 味は全体的に薄めでした。それより、口を拭き終わった途端にお皿をどんどん下げられ、まだカバンも持っていないのに片付け始められました。特に外で待っている人もいないのに、何をそんなに急いでいたのかよく分かりません。. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Michelin-Recommended for Good Reason—But Service Fell Short After a long morning exploring Gyeongbokgung Palace, we decided to try Baeknyeon Tojong Samgyetang, a Michelin-recommended restaurant known for its ginseng chicken soup—and honestly, the food lived up to the hype. We ordered their signature dish, and the Korean Ginseng Chicken Soup was steaming hot, deeply flavorful, and packed with that distinct, earthy ginseng taste. The chicken was fall-off-the-bone tender, and the broth felt nourishing and authentic. With only a few items on the menu, it's clear they focus on perfecting what they serve—and they definitely deliver on that front. However, as a Michelin-recommended establishment, I expected a bit more from the service. As tourists, we felt somewhat overlooked—the servers didn't engage with us, offer suggestions, or even give a simple greeting. I understand there might be a language barrier, but a little warmth and hospitality would go a long way, especially for an award-winning restaurant. I truly hope they invest in better customer interaction, because it would be a shame if the service didn't match the caliber of the food.
