The pork belly is really tender and very fresh. The lady boss runs it, and the store isn't big! It is said that meat that is properly trimmed has a lot of redness! It takes a bit of time since we trim the meat right after ordering, but the meat really melts and the collagen part is chewy. Be sure to order the chadol doenjang rice!! The soybean paste is really, really good Kimchi Rolled Noodles. I ate like this and I ate happily and I was full
