There’s nothing quite like a warm, comforting noodle soup in this weather️ And of course, I had to go for the best of the best at 백제칼국수 in Bucheon. Their specialty, knite-cut noodles in a rich, ox-bone broth are truly out of this world; the broth is incredibly rich, flavorful, and savory—delicious is an understatement. Don’t miss their melt-in-your-mouth suyuk (Korean pork belly) side dish - you’ll thank me later! Do yourself a favor and check out this place. Notes: Open only 11:30am-2pm, prepare for a line (it’s worth it!) It’s recommended to order one dish per person. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
