The service was truly awful. If you pay for a service (fast food), the establishment should provide comfort and good service, but nothing worked properly and the staff were very rude. I'm sadly surprised at how some services seem to have difficulty understanding their customers and their needs. The place didn't have enough ventilation; it was hot. I asked the cashier, dressed in red with a red cap and her face covered, if the air conditioning was working, and she just responded with disdain. The communication is terrible. My companion and I ordered cold drinks to cope with the heat. After a while, a woman asked for the blinds on the windows to be lowered. A member of the team dressed in black went to help her. Anyway, It's as if you have to beg the employee to please listen to you, and if they're in the mood, they'll help you; if they're uninterested, they'll ignore you.
