This is mushroom bulgogi casserole. Perhaps because the name is Mushroom House, there are many different types of mushrooms. The soup (broth) becomes sweet when it boils down. It feels a bit more tailored to the tastes of younger people than the beef and mushroom casserole I've had before. It is served with ssam, but the meat is not seasoned well enough to be eaten as a wrap, so you need to add a lot of sauce to go well with the ssam. It's a taste that doesn't have to be eaten with ssam.
