色々なレビューを比較して、地元の方々からも人気が高いと評判だったこちらのお店に。 11時前に早めのお昼で訪れると、並ばずにお店に入れた。 チムカルビは辛い、というイメージがあったので、お店のおばちゃんに「本当に辛くなくしてほしい、なんなら醤油味でいい」と懇願したところ、辛くないけどコチュの風味を残した最高のひと品を出してくれた。お肉は溶けるくらい柔らかくておいしかった:) タレを少し残して、ポックンパプも作ってもらった。これが本当においしいので、必ず一緒に注文して欲しい。 大邱弁で優しく話しかけてくれるおばちゃんの人柄も、料理も最高なお店だった。. Bungle Bungle Steamed Ribs (벙글벙글찜갈비) Dongdeok-ro 36-gil, Jung-gu, Daegu ️ Visited on 1 May 2026 (Friday) In a street filled with over 10 shops serving the same jjim galbi menu, we came here on purpose—for the real, authentic taste—and it absolutely delivered. The steamed ribs are rich, flavourful, and deeply satisfying, with recipes that clearly reflect tradition and experience. Every dish feels thoughtfully prepared, not rushed or commercialized. One unforgettable highlight is the mama-style fried rice. Normally, we try to avoid rice at night—but this time, we simply couldn’t resist. It’s truly unique, incredibly fragrant, and yummylicious in the best way. Definitely worth breaking the “no rice at night” rule! What makes this place even more special is the family-run warmth. The restaurant is run by a mother, daughter, and son-in-law, and you can feel that sincerity in both the food and the service. The owner and her daughter are especially super friendly and welcoming, making the whole dining experience feel personal and memorable. Why we loved it: 1.
