Peking Duck – Chinese, Apgujung, Gangnam 베이징덕 – 중식, 압구정동, 강남 Meal budget per person (without drinks) Category 1 (under 60000 KRW, 50 USD) The restaurant specializes in Peking duck over 30 years at the same place. Duck is the only alkaline meat and is known to be the good healthy food to prevent adult diseases by inhibiting cholesterol formation and helping blood circulation. Although the ducks are roasted in an electric oven, the crispness and scent of fruit tree are comparable to that in a direct fire oven. The meat is eaten with spring onion, cucumber and sweet bean sauce with pancakes rolled around the fillings. Spring onion, cucumber and sweet bean sauce can be refilled free of charge, but the refill of pancake is 6000 KRW (half 3000 KRW). The price is moderate with generous amount (one duck is at 73,000 KWN and good for 3 people), so it is good value for the money. There is validated parking lot for several cars.
