Such a unique bakery! Bakeback, like many of Korea’s specialty bakeries, chooses one item and pushes it to its limit. For Bakeback, they feature the softest mochi-like bread with a variety of different fillings. We got the ten set to try every flavor—some standouts were the Hallabong mango, the corn sorghum, the chocolate, and the black sesame red bean, but every bun was great. The outer bread is unbelievably soft and pillowy while also having a nice chewiness. Each bread was stuffed with lots of filling, which was never too sweet or overwhelming. This is an awesome spot to try for a unique set of sweets and perfect to grab right before or after heading to Busan Station!
