Here is a short, punchy version perfect for a quick review on Google Maps or Naver: Authentic, Rich, and Deeply Satisfying Choi Jeong-ja Baeknyeon Sikdang is an absolute gem in Daegu for healthy, comforting Korean food. The Food: The signature Chueotang (loach soup) is incredibly rich, velvety, and flavorful, packed with sweet cabbage and nutty perilla seeds. The Daslgi Buchujeon (marsh snail chive pancake) is perfectly crispy and loaded with savory flavor. The Best Part: Every meal comes with freshly made Gamajot-bap (cauldron rice). The rice is perfectly glossy, and making nurungji (scorched rice soup) at the end is the ultimate comfort. Atmosphere: Spotlessly clean, bright, and run with warm hospitality. It's an official "Centennial Store" for a reason—the quality across generations is obvious. Highly recommended if you want genuine, premium comfort food!
