Hello. We are a café that is frequently visited by foreign customers, and I have absolutely no issue with foreign guests—in fact, I genuinely enjoy welcoming them.Before criticizing my facial expression, did you ever consider why I reacted that way?Two children were repeatedly moving around the café, sitting at different tables, and even going over to tables where other customers were sitting to drink their cola. Finally, when I went to the restroom after they had used it, I found it extremely dirty.What made the situation even more difficult for me was that their parents did not seem to pay much attention to their children’s behavior.I always want to be kind and welcoming to customers who are considerate and respectful of others. There is not a single review mentioning that I or our café was unfriendly or unkind to customers.I simply hope that everyone who visits our café can be considerate of the other customers and respect the space we all share.
