A hidden Western-style bistro right in the middle of a bustling Korean market? Yes, please! Located inside Jeongok Market in Yeoncheon, Cave offers a truly unique dining experience — blending European bistro vibes with the charm of a traditional Korean setting. We ordered the Tenderloin Steak, Vongole Pasta, and Gambas, and every single dish was beautifully plated and full of flavor. • The steak was perfectly medium rare, juicy and tender. • The pasta had plenty of fresh clams and a deep, umami-rich taste. • The gambas? Absolute heaven on toasted bread. Also loved the cozy interior, mood lighting, and relaxed music. It’s hard to believe you’re inside a market! Perfect for a date night, anniversary, or even a foodie trip off the beaten path. A must-try if you’re exploring the area around Yeoncheon or Pocheon. Want to see more photos and a full review?
