Gyeongju Seongdong Market Bobae Gimbap As it became very famous for its so-called burdock kimbap, it was featured on several TV shows, so I visited it. While passing by the market road, I was surprised to see burdock kimbap being sold in many places. When I arrived at dinner time, it was pre-packaged and the stewed burdock root was served separately on top of kimbap. It costs 7,000 won for 2 rows in a lunch box, so it costs 3,500 won for one row. The contents are poor, but the saltiness of the stewed burdock and the sweetness of the starch syrup are quite sweet, and the savory taste of the sesame seeds is attractive. Among other Kakao or blog reviews, there are a lot of criticisms about hygiene, and there are also people saying that a lot of people are unfriendly, but now there are no stories of unfriendliness because they only take out food, and the taste itself is more of a snack rather than something special to eat before moving on.
