• Menu & Texture This restaurant specialises in Yang (ox stomach) and Daechang (large intestines). The Yang has a very chewy and firm texture, while the Daechang is rich and melts in your mouth. This restaurant also serves Makchang (beef abomasum) and Yeomtong (beef heart). The Makchang is very chewy and flavorful, while the Yeomtong has a meaty texture similar to a lean steak. Having a variety of parts makes the meal more interesting. • Taste & Quality Everything was very fresh and tasted great. There was no unpleasant smell, which shows the ingredients are handled well. The rich, savory flavor of the intestines paired perfectly with the chewy textures of the other parts. • Experience The charcoal grill adds a nice smoky scent to all the different cuts. It is a very satisfying place if you want to try various parts of beef intestines in one sitting. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
