It's been 30 minutes since I ordered and it hasn't arrived. I thought it was because there were a lot of customers, but the people who came late got it first, so I asked if their order had been placed. It seemed like they waited a moment and then put it in. In the end, after 40 minutes, they came out and they didn't say a word of apology and just gave me porridge.
