Bon Tuna is a long-established specialist tuna restaurant located in Jungang-dong, Busan. The owner initially started this tuna restaurant about 20 years ago as a tiny, one-man operation. Since then, it has relocated three times within the same alleyway, and with each move, the quality of the food and service has incrementally improved. When it comes to tuna dishes, this place is arguably the absolute best in South Korea. While the prices are certainly premium, the meal is completely worth the cost. The top-tier courses offer a truly magnificent and serious dining experience, but even the lower-priced set menus provide an ample and enjoyable way to savour the tuna. They offer a great selection of alcoholic beverages, but they also allow corkage, making it perfect if you prefer to bring your own drink to enjoy with the meal. For accompanying primary school-aged children, you only need to pay 50% of the base price. If you are looking to enjoy a proper tuna dining experience, this is, quite simply, the best restaurant you must visit.
