Uncle Bongsoo has the best mackerel sashimi in Busan! I heard mackerel sashimi is hard to find in Seoul, so my friend from Hong Kong and I exctied to try while traveling here. It wasn't fishy at all the flavor was rich and delicious, especially when wrapped with the ingredients he gave us. Uncle Bongsoo even deboned the grilled mackerel for us, which was so thoughtful. He was incredibly kind and fuuny, even though he didn't speak much English. We had such a wonderful time here. Thank you, Uncle! :) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
