It says 1°c Wet Aging, but it doesn't seem to be aged and the meat seems to have gone bad. It has a strange smell and tastes like spoiled oil, so I can't eat it. The meat was dry and tough, so I wondered why I was eating it, so I didn't eat any more and just left. Of course, tastes are different, so it may just not suit your taste. However, I've been to many all-you-can-eat beef restaurants, but this one is the worst. Other tables were busy refilling, but I was in and out of the bathroom 30 minutes after leaving.
