This is my absolute favorite go-to spot for Korean-style grilled beef tripe. If you want to experience a truly local vibe, this is the place. One of the best things here is the unlimited “Buchu” (seasoned chives). They pile them up generously on the grill, which perfectly balances the richness of the meat. I highly recommend ordering the Assorted Platter (Modeum). It allows you to try various parts like small intestines, large intestines, and heart. Specifically, the ‘Hongchang’ (abomasum) here is incredibly flavorful and has a unique, chewy texture. I once tried ordering just the Hongchang and Beef Tongue separately, but I realized the Assorted Platter is the way to go—the variety keeps it from feeling too heavy or greasy. If you’re looking for an authentic, high-quality K-BBQ experience that isn’t a typical tourist trap, don’t miss out on this gemu! 안양에서 제 최애 곱창집을 꼽으라면 단연 이곳입니다! 갈 때마다 느끼지만 사장님이 부추를 정말 아끼지 않고 팍팍 주셔서 곱창이랑 같이 원 없이 먹을 수 있어요. 보통 모듬으로 자주 먹는데, 여기 ‘홍창’이 특히 기가 막힙니다. 식감이 정말 예술이에요. 너무 맛있어서 홍창이랑 우설만 추가로 더 시켜봤는데, 아무래도 곱창 특성상 기름기가 있다 보니 한 부위만 먹는것보다 이것저것 섞인 모듬으로 쭉 달리는 게 훨씬 덜 질리고 끝까지 맛있더라고요. 여러 부위 골고루 즐기면서 부추 산더미처럼 쌓아 먹는 맛, 곱창 마니아라면 무조건 만족하실 겁니다.
