The employee was extremely rude, taking issues with me looking at the prices for sold out items. She insisted that I only look at the items in stock even after I told her that I would return at a later date when the items would be in stock, and wanted to know the available options. I'll still return at a later date and reevaluate based on how the employees treat the customers. I made purchases here before. I personally didn't like the taste at all for any of them (I tried all flavors in their assorted gift set), and my kids liked only three flavors of the assorted set, disliking the rest. So when I asked if I can get just the flavors that my kids liked, again, a rude response that they do not sell each flavor individually, only in sets.

Please pass this lovely picture to this lovely girl in this shop! 5-stars hospitality provided by this cute staff and made our tourists shopping experience to the best in Busan! Absolutely so gorgeous the store is and the delicious sand cookies are made from artisans with local ingredients produced in Busan. A must buy souvenir when visiting Busan. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
