This establishment, which specializes in Chinese-Korean cuisine, enjoys great popularity among the local community due to its exquisite dishes. Signature items such as the Black Bean Noodles (Jjajangmyon), the flavorful Seafood Noodle Soup (Jjampong), and the delectable Tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork) have garnered widespread acclaim. I preferred the Jjajangmyon, as its savory flavor lacked excessive sweetness and contained no noticeable MSG, while it was still exceptionally delicious. The handcrafted, thicker noodles with a chewy texture were particularly delightful. The Tangsuyuk boasted a crispy exterior and a tender, succulent interior with a thin, light batter. Fresh oil was evident from the fries' appetizing color, which was neither too dark nor too yellow. While the interior appeared somewhat dated and the exterior showed signs of wear, the exceptional quality of the cuisine far outweighs any concerns about its aesthetic appearance. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting this restaurant, especially if you are willing to take a short drive outside of Andong City or en route to visit other UNESCO World Heritage sites in the area.
