This is a hidden gem—not a franchise, but a local bakery that delivers exceptional quality and hygiene, something rarely found in neighborhood bakeries. 2. The sandwiches are incredibly soft, with fresh ingredients that make every bite enjoyable. 3. The Ang Butter Bread is an absolute must-try. From the fluffy bread to the rich butter and sweet red bean paste, every component is perfectly balanced. 4. Be sure to visit early—they sell out quickly, and by late afternoon, many items may already be gone. 5. There’s very little seating, so it's best to grab your baked goods to-go. 6.
