This is a local bakery. Would you say it’s a hidden restaurant? Since it is made with natural fermentation yeast, you will not feel bloated or upset even if you eat a lot. The owner, who works without days off because the yeast needs to be fed every day, is a second-generation baker. Even after moving far away to Daejeong, I still come here to buy bread. Since you make bread that is irreplaceable, there is nothing we can do about it. I highly recommend the pumpkin bread. It's a really good substitute for breakfast.
