Found an absolute gem today thanks to a local recommendation from a CU convenience store! If you’re looking for something **refreshingly different** from the usual tourist spots, this is it. I tried the **Summer Set**, and it was exactly what I needed. The **Yeol-moo B-bim** (young radish kimchi noodles) was the star—the radish kimchi is incredibly crisp and flavorful, paired with a spicy sauce that has just the right amount of kick. It comes with **3 kinds of Topping Yubu** (stuffed bean curd skin). They are huge and beautifully presented—one topped with creamy egg salad, one with savory beef, and one with melted cheese. Each bite was a different experience! I also added the **Tteok-galbi**, which is a traditional grilled patty made of beef and pork. It’s super juicy with a sweet soy-based seasoning, topped with sesame seeds. It tastes like a high-end, flame-grilled meatball and pairs perfectly with the spicy noodles. **Highlights:** * **The Radish Kimchi:** Seriously, I love it. So fresh! * **The Vibe:** Authentic and unique. * **The Portion:** The Summer Set is very filling for the price (17,2).
