I visited this place after seeing it trending on Instagram and local blogs. Tried their signature dishes — the Doenjang sous-vide pork belly and octopus risotto — with a beer. Honestly, the flavors were just okay. The risotto tasted pretty standard, and while the pork belly was soft and nicely cooked, it felt a bit plain when paired with the garnish. We went a bit late for dinner and ordered the course meal, but service stopped right after the main dish. The dessert (crème brûlée and herbal tea) wasn’t mentioned at all, which was disappointing — especially for a Blue Ribbon–rated restaurant. It wasn’t busy, only two tables occupied, so maybe the staff just wanted to wrap up early. Overall, not worth a return visit. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩80,000–90,000 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
