The traditional Korean bingsu here was seriously good. One thing I have noticed is that every bingsu spot does it a little differently, and this one really stood out. The shaved ice actually feels like real shaved ice, you can see and feel the individual ice shards, which I personally liked a lot. Some places make it more like ice cream, but this one leans more true to its roots. The sweetness level was spot on too. It never felt overwhelming or like I had to stop eating because it was too sweet. The red bean was creamy and sweet, and really tied everything together flavor wise. The tteok added a nice little texture contrast, which I always appreciate. I also liked adding the condensed milk on top. Since the bingsu itself is pretty light, it just adds a bit more richness without overdoing it. I would definitely get this again. Probably the best bingsu I have had so far. 9/10
