Sagaru Tuna was a wonderful and memorable experience suggested to us by the concierge at Shilla hotel. The tuna itself was excellent, but what really made the meal stand out was the owner/chef’s warmth and hospitality. He was incredibly interactive throughout the meal, explaining the unique and different types of tuna and cuts and teaching us about tuna in a way that felt both personal and engaging. We’ve been fortunate to have dined at well-known omakase, kaiseki, and seafood restaurants throughout Japan and the United States, but Sagaru Tuna felt unique because of the friendliness of the owner and the educational experience he created. It was more than just a great meal—it was genuinely fun and memorable. One highlight was trying tuna orbital musculature for the first time, which was a rare and delicious treat. Many thanks to the chef and team for such a special evening. Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The freshest tuna you can find in Seoul with the best service. Cannot find this in the US. Would recommend 10/10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
