This is my second time visiting YouYou Katsu as a traveler from the U.S., and the katsu is absolute perfection. The ingredients are clearly premium quality - you can taste the care in everything from the chowder to the katsu, rice, and sauces. Every detail feels thoughtfully prepared, which keeps me coming back. It’s definitely the kind of place where you sit down and enjoy your meal slowly. Don’t come here if your itinerary is packed and you’re rushing from place to place - this spot is best appreciated at a relaxed pace. As a solo traveler, I also really appreciate how seamless and efficient the ordering and checkout process is. Even with a language barrier, everything is easy to navigate.
