The basic Patjuk 팥죽 here is served with hand-cut noodles (Kalguksu 칼국수), while the Patjuk with rice cakes is called Dongji Patjuk 동지팥죽. They have another Patjuk that features special dumplings made with five different grains, Ogok Patjuk 오곡팥죽. The soup base is very fine and has been strained so that there are no leftover bean skins. Its taste is very mild and one can season it with salt or sugar according to personal preference. Portion size is pretty big and the price is comparably low! The restaurant is quite large, clean and bright.
