식당이 별로 없는 방화동의 지역 맛집. 식사시간 대기가 길어 피크타임을 살짝 피해서 가시길. 무겁지 않고 편안한 인테리어에 빠른 서비스. 메뉴는 10종류 이내. 탕수육과 마요새우도 괜찮고 당면 위주의 만두는 담백. 볶음밥이나 짜장은 다른 메뉴에 비해 평범. 뭐니뭐니해도 이 집의 최고 메뉴는 백짬뽕(일명 사모님짬뽕). 그러나 최근 방문에서 짬뽕과 만두의 과한 후추맛에 안타까움. 요리야말로 중용의 덕목이 가장 중요함을 기억하길.. Famous local restaurant, long cue in lunch and dinner time. White seafood noodle is the best choice. Freshly cooked bowl is full of fresh ingredients, which brings full flavour. Texture of noodle is great but sometimes not (Korean hot summer or ready made ruins texture). Sweet and sour pork, mayo prawn and dumpling are also delicious. Black bean noodle and fried rice are nothing special comparing to other dishes. Casual and comfortable place with reasonable price. Great choice for the price. However in my recent visit I feel pity that too much black pepper ruins taste. Please remember optima is the best virtue in cooking.
