Sirak gukbap signature dish is incredible. Sirak is sun-dried radish leaves which has lots of nutrients. One of my favorite breakfast place Busan. Highly recommend. If you're looking for a traditional Busan breakfast, this spot is definitely worth a visit. Their sirak gukbap is only 6,000 KRW—simple, affordable, and comforting. It’s made with dried radish greens in a soybean paste broth, which might feel unfamiliar if you’ve never tried this kind of dish before, but it has a deep, home-style flavor that really grows on you. The grilled tofu here is also excellent—crispy on the outside and soft inside. They open as early as 6 AM, making it a great choice for breakfast. I especially enjoyed the version of sirak gukbap with dumplings and rice cakes—it adds a nice extra texture and flavor. I liked it so much I came back three times in one week for breakfast!
