They only open for lunch and don't serve single portions. They only accept cash, which explains why you won't find any reviews for them on Naver. They only sell buckwheat noodles (no regular noodles), which forces you to order from a very limited menu. Honestly, the service is incredibly unfriendly and blunt. The owner even snapped at me for leaving some water behind lol. However, the noodles are absolutely delicious. It’s that signature Jinju-style broth made with anchovies and dried young sardines (dipori). The broth is served slightly lukewarm, but it’s not fishy at all. It comes topped with zucchini, chives, bean sprouts, minced clams, egg garnish, and toasted sesame seeds. It's damn good—you won't find anything like this anywhere else. It was a shame that I couldn't taste the broth because of the sesame oil flavor. There's a lot of food, but it's not that tasty or special. I'm so sorry ㅠㅠ
