Because it is a local restaurant, I think it is better known to Busan citizens. Three types of red sea bream, yellowtail, and flounder were cut to a thickness similar to that of sashimi and raw fish, and I dipped them in alternating vinegar and seasoning sauce. There seemed to be a lot of drinking customers, and after eating the raw fish, they cooked a clear spicy spicy stew and finished it off by eating it with rice!
