Among the flashy buildings of Yeoksam Station, an unusually blurred sign stands out. Classic Goin Dolce font from the menu. The trip down memory lane starts from here. The side dishes are simple and have a homely feel, with just the essentials. I think this red pepper powder and green onion salad goes well with cold ginseng. The grill that shows signs of age and the frozen pork belly that looks like it needs to be taken out of a plastic bag make you reminisce about the past like a kombucha. If you add a piece of meat to the lettuce, grilled bean sprouts, a clove of garlic, and seasoned green onions, your breath will smell great, and you know the taste! The rich red pepper paste stew with beef that I ordered without much thought was delicious. It's spicy so it's good to finish with soju.
