I had a wonderful experience at Samyukga Gangnam. The food was delicious, and the quality of the meat was excellent. However, what impressed me the most was the outstanding service. During our meal, my friend accidentally got splashed with water, and the staff immediately brought tissues without us even asking. Later, I accidentally spilled some kimchi sauce on my pants and got a stain. The staff quickly gave me a stain remover, which worked amazingly well and removed the stain completely. When I asked where I could buy the stain remover, they told me it was available online. To my surprise, they kindly gave me a bottle to take home. That level of thoughtfulness and generosity really touched me. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and their kindness made our dining experience even more memorable.
