I'm a regular here. Even when I travel abroad, I always stop by once or twice a year. I always wish them good health. The back meat here is well-cured. Gimhae raises a lot of Korean beef and pork, with many slaughterhouses. The Korean beef and pork are of the highest quality. Back meat is made from offal, but it's truly delicious. Just as African Americans used leftover chicken to make fried chicken, butcher shops would collect underselling pork cuts, cur them, and serve them. But back meat is even more delicious than other meats. It's like a buffet, with various cuts mixed together, making it feel like eating a whole pig. You have to get your own water and vegetables. I love vegetables, so I eat a lot of meat, but I also eat a lot of vegetables. A serving costs 7,000 won, but for two or more people, the minimum order is three servings. For three or more people, the minimum order is five servings. I usually go with two people and order three servings of meat, a bowl of fried rice, and some soybean paste stew. The portions are huge. People who eat less will be full just from the meat. I love this restaurant. It's a really famous place in Korea.
