This dish is called Cham-dol-bak-i Jjamppong, and it's packed with a rich broth and lots of goodies like octopus, beef brisket, and bok choy. The noodles are cooked just right, not too mushy, and they keep their texture well in the broth. The only downside is that it's pretty salty. Even for someone like me who loves salty flavors, it was a bit too much. The side dishes were also on the salty side Just a heads up! -BOFF. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
