Good food, nice views, and kind service. The food was delicious and the service was great. I had some trouble using the self-ordering kiosk, but the staff kindly helped me out right away. The view from the window is also very nice, so you can see Cheonggyecheon Stream clearly while you eat. It was a wonderful experience overall. Recommend it. 1. Hygiene and Ingredient Quality In my previous order, the chicken had such a foul, gamey smell that I had to throw most of it away. When I placed my next order, I simply requested that they "please pay extra attention to freshness." Instead of a professional response, I received an immediate phone call. They spent the entire time making excuses, claiming they "only use same-day products." It was absurd. Rather than accepting customer feedback, they seemed more interested in protecting their ego and starting an argument. Their basic attitude is completely unprofessional. 2. Incomprehensible Store Policies Since the Naver Order system didn’t offer a "Dine-in" option, I paid for a takeout order and later asked if I could eat inside. They refused, saying the food was already in a disposable container. When I asked them to simply transfer it to a plate, they came up with the nonsense excuse that "it would ruin the presentation of the dish." They were acting as if they were some Michelin-starred chef, but the actual food was just tossed haphazardly into a salad container. 3. Total Lack of Service Mindset The attitude of the staff (or owner) throughout this entire interaction was the definition of "clueless and stubborn." From start to finish, the service was overbearing and unfriendly. It’s a restaurant, not a government agency, yet they act like they’re enforcing some grand, unbreakable principles. If a customer is clearly uncomfortable because of your stubbornness, you should realize there’s a serious flaw in your service style. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want to enjoy a pleasant meal. This place was on my commute, so I visited often, but I have no intention of ever going back.
