Pattaya has quite a few great places for grilled ribs, but I think Saemteo (샘터) serves the best jjokgalbi in town. The charcoal flavor is absolutely amazing you can really taste that smoky, authentic grilled aroma in every bite. The service is also excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole dining experience even better. And I can’t forget Sam, the adorable dog at the restaurant! Sam is so, so cute and sweet. He warmly greets customers and truly feels like the restaurant’s mascot. Visiting Saemteo isn’t just about the food it’s a heartwarming experience too.
