Had an amazing dining experience at Shabu in Seoul. The quality of the meat is top-tier, especially the Grade 1 Black Pork and Hanwoo beef—melt-in-your-mouth texture! The vegetables were incredibly fresh, and I loved the variety of soup bases available. Don't miss the porridge or noodles at the end; they cook it right in the leftover broth, and it’s packed with flavor. The modern interior and great service make it worth every penny.
