I give it one extra star because it is the only tuna restaurant in the area. I think you need to have a more thorough professional mindset to get a good rating. I would like to point out that this is a typical example of a restaurant that is not doing well in business. (1) The worse the business, the more you save on small ingredients, and it feels like that here too. (2) I think they were not thorough in hygiene. I was a little surprised to see someone answering the phone with the same hand that was cutting raw fish, then cutting the raw fish again, and putting the cell phone on the cutting board. (3) I look forward to seeing just a little bit more improvement in materials, hygiene, and service.
