Looks can be deceiving. This place looks very unassuming, both inside and out, but don’t let that fool you. The black bean konguksu was truly excellent and the panchan came as an added bonus, as konguksu isn’t usually served with much more than one or two very simple dishes, such as pickled radish or the like. Here there were six, and refills were enthusiastically offered. Not only that, but all were from domestic ingredients, and the marinated mountain herbs were fresh picked and served the same day.
