The Bibim-Naengmyeon (cold noodles with some spicy paste) is a thing of perfection. My brother ordered the Mul-Naengmyeon and thoroughly enjoyed it too. (Non spicy cold noodles) Part of why their noodles is so good is their temperature control. They serve the broth in the form of cold shattered ice, which is then mixed with your noodles at your discretion. You’re basically going to eat a flavour bomb.
