I usually enjoy this subway, but today I have a lot to complain about. It seems to be a common problem that they put lettuce and tomato on the bottom instead of the top. We asked that they put the meat on the bottom, but they put the meat on top as usual. Not really a big deal. The bread was a little bit stale, so we asked when the bread was made and they said it was from today. No way... I've eaten at subway hundreds Of times and I also bake my own bread. Also it's only 10:00 am. Last the tomatoes weren't quite ready yet. I wouldnt really care about any of this if it wasn't for the obviously lying about each problem to save face. Just admit you you forgot and made the sandwich the wrong way. I don't really care. 2nd don't lie about when the bread was made. I can only assume they have a policy in store, where bread must be made fresh everyday, but maybe the owner is stingy and doesn't want to waste yesterday's bread. In that situation the employees probably wouldn't be able to tell the truth about when the bread was made. I like subway, I understand it's fast food, but I hate being lied too. I wish businesses could just admit when they make a mistake or that some of the ingredients may not be as fresh as expected. I guess it's fear of needing to compensate the customer.
