I read some review that 2years ago, but those are not appliable for me. We visited at 8am (Only this SamGyeTang restaurant had opened.) But Google/Naver app didn't indicate the restaurant opened. (Maybe owner doesn't notice or know how to change/adjust restaurant info from the apps) 1. SamGyeTang taste described a local Busan. 2. Mood was representing 1990 or 2000 Korean countryside traditional (With DalMa paint) Chicken of SamGyeTang, was extremely tender and soft, as much meat collapsed during I was eating. I would say meat cooked as like Michelin starred restaurant. (This is totally subjective feeling, please ignore if you feel I am exaggerating) I would say InSamJoo is kind of Ginseng wine. This is the 'kick' of this restaurant. This is soul food of Korean(Not all, but many). I had it for the first time in a decade. It reminded me a childhood memories. This restaurant representing 1990 2000 Korean mood/food very well with cost-effective. 1. Dip the chicken in salt before eating. (Small amount of salt is recommended) 2. If the SamGyeTang feels too heavy or greasy, have a bite of the side dishes. 3. Sip the Ginseng wine from time to time during the meal. You might be feeling bitter taste, but it's Ginseng's original taste that fills energy. 4. Dip raw garlic, green chili peppers, or raw onion in Ssamjang (the orange-colored sauce) it's the way how Korean refreshes mouth inside when having soke oily food.
